My entry for the Lara Croft contest.

*Lara, after surviving the sinking of the Endurance,, found herself in a
wild and inhospitable island and now she's trying to find the way to escape...
She's facing a big watering place in front of her.
Is it a dead end? Is it a new obstacle she has to surpass or it is
a new challenge calling her to conquer? The secret is at the bottom
of this place, as under the dirty waters an ancient world awaits to be
discovered...

Well, this is the way I imagine Lara's new adventure
and this work is the result of my imagination.
I only hope my art is better than my English!

Lara character is Poser render, lots of painting over her,
background, effects and composition with Photoshop, PSP and my mouse.
17 hours approx.
All stuff used are either purchased or my own resources.

You've done a tremendous work, Rania, especially considering those 17 hours! There's just one detail about the story: she has no holster nor pistols; a bow and a bar are her sole weapons, if you're allowed to fix details after submitting... Other than that, it's a wonderful work. Crossing fingers for you :heart: .

Now, about the story you're right but going one step
(or many, lol) further, there were more survivors (which
is true according to the story) and Lara killed' em
all. This gave her the chance to get all their weapons.
She now has even more, kept in a safe place and each time
gets with her those she thinks will be useful at her wondering
around the island...

Well, now this is quite a valid explanation. Blame it? No way, certainly not. And a bow is worth a dozen of silencers, helps keeping stealth when needed. There's always a good reason to things, you see ;-) .

the place I was born and wise, because of the way
