Hi,
The Llama is just for fun, a kind of game and it goes like this: You get a llama, you give a llama!
To give a llama, you go to a deviant's profile page and on the top right side you see a button "Give" Click it and choose 'llama badge', a new small window opens and you just follow the rest
It's also a way to make friends, find interesting galleries, etc...
